8th Annual Indoor Triathlon
People of all fitness levels are invited to take part. The triathlon consists of a 10 minute swim in the Ys indoor pool, a 20 minute bike on a facility cycling bike and a 15 minute run on a treadmill. The Ys indoor triathlon is an opportunity to experience a unique challenge whether that be by yourself or a team of 3. If you have a team of 3 individuals, each person will complete one leg of the triathlon. A duathlon option is also available to those who would prefer to only participate in two events. Choose which 2 events you would like to compete in. The event is open to participants 9 years old and up.
Individual Fee: $25 member and non-members
Team Fee: $42 members and non-members
