« Return to Calendar

On Tuesday, January 22, learn about the future for American manned spaceflight at this NIU STEM Cafe Event. Now that the space shuttles are museum pieces, what are NASA’s plans for future American spaceflight? Listen to guest, Joel Knapper, NASA Solar System Ambassador, discuss the current and future plans to get Americans back into space. This is at the Jane Fargo Inn in Sycamore and starts at 6:30 p.m.

Knapper is a trained NASA volunteer who brings information to local communities about the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s explorations and discoveries related to Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, asteroids, comets, Earth, and the solar system.

The Jane Fargo Inn is at 335 W. State St. in Sycamore. For more information, please visit www.niu.edu/stem.
