"Christmas Traditions" at the Ellwood House Museum

Come tour the lavishly decorated Ellwood Mansion. Enjoy history and art exhibits, browse our unique products in the Museum shop, and have refreshments in the Visitor Center. Festive decorations and holiday music will welcome visitors to the historic mansion of barbed wire baron Isaac Ellwood. Visiting the elegantly furnished home is the ideal way to begin the holiday season for young and old alike.

The Ellwood House regular holiday celebration hours will be held Friday, December 7 from 7-9 PM, Saturday and Sunday December 8 & 9 between 1-5 PM. Admission is $10.00 for adults, $3.00 for youth under 17, and children under 6 are free. The home is located at 509 North First Street in DeKalb.
