Animals in Art Drawing Workshop

Animals have played an important role in art from early cave paintings to Picasso and beyond! This program begins with a drawing class where students will pick up tips and techniques for drawing animals. Then they will create portfolios and head out to draw specimens (both mounted and live!) throughout the Museum.

Designed for ages 6-15 but all are welcome. Children under 12 must have an adult present.

Free with museum admission: adults $6, kids and seniors $5, members $2.

The fun starts at 2pm on Sunday, March 10th, and is located at the Midwest Museum of Natural History, at 425 W. State Street in Sycamore. To register or for more information, please call 815-895-9777 or visit http://mmnh.org/.
