Join the Kirkland Lions Club 4th of July Celebration from July 1 to 4. The celebration will be at South Third Street in Kirkland.

Festival times begin at 5 p.m. July 1 with the lunch stand, flea market and rides; 2 p.m. July 2; at 7 a.m. July 3; and 7:30 a.m. July 4.

And don't miss the Area Fire Depts. Water Barrel Competition at 5 p.m. as well as the pig roast.

Sandwich Freedom Days Annual Pancake Breakfast

Get the whole family together for a yummy breakfast.

The Sandwich Freedom Days Annual Pancake Breakfast will be from 7 a.m. to noon July 4 at the Fire House. The breakfast is hosted by Cub Scout Pack 345.

Sandwich Freedom Days - Knights Park Events

Get your running shoes on for this fun events!

Sandwich Freedom Days will have its Knights Park Events on July 4.

Kids 5 and younger can enjoy the Tot Trot at 7:45 a.m. And to top it off, it is free!

There also will be the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 8 a.m. and Freedom Run 5K Race at 8:30 a.m.

Registration for both will be from 7 to 7:45 a.m. Contact the Sandwich Park District for cost details.

And don't miss the Custom Motorcycle Show at 10:30 a.m. at Timber Creek. There also will be the Swap Meet, Rodeo from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Sign Up with a $5 entry per bike.

You also can grill out at 4 p.m. while the awards will be handed out.

Enjoy food and great music at the Sandwich Fairgrounds from 6 p.m. to dark on July 4. Once the sun has set, stick around for the spectacular fireworks show.
