Come out to the Quilt & Needle Arts Walk from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 25-30 in downtown Genoa!

You will get a chance to see four blocks filled with quilts, knitting, tatting, sewing, cross stitch, needlepoint, embroidery, upholstery, and crocheting!

Plus there will be a week long display of Ina Dews' distinctive collection of quilts, many in the Gee’s Bend tradition. Ina also will speak at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at 217 West Main Street.

There also will be other activities during the week such as kids crafts at the Genoa Public Library, Stop & Swap at Library: patterns, supplies, books, magazines, etc., daily from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Alpaca wool spinning and felting demonstrations from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 29 and 30.
