Winter is here, and Jessica Jacobsen has some great winter and holiday events that she thinks you should check out!

Like "Miracle on 34th Street" at Kishwaukee College in Malta. The Children's Community Theater will perform this holiday show throughout the weekend.

And don't forget about the Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra's Holiday Pops Concert: Winter Wonderland. The concert begins at 7 p.m. Saturday at the NIU Boutell Concert Hall.

You also can get the family together for Carriage Rides through downtown DeKalb. The Carriage Rides are available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
